Privacy Policy

Effective July 20, 2026

Ziply does not collect, track, sell or share your personal data.

Files and archives

Ziply processes files and archives on your device. Your files are not uploaded to servers operated by Ziply or its developer. Access to locations supplied by Apple Files or iCloud Drive is initiated by you and handled using Apple platform services.

Data collection

Ziply does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs or developer-operated cloud storage. The developer does not collect contact information, identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, location or file contents through the app.

Passwords and settings

Archive passwords you choose to save are stored in Apple Keychain on your device. App preferences are stored locally using Apple platform services. You can remove saved passwords and app data from within the app or by deleting the app.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer receives entitlement status needed to unlock Premium but does not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Security

Ziply uses platform security features and standard encryption technologies for protected archives and files. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so keep backups of important files and protect your device credentials.

Children

Ziply is a general-purpose file utility. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Ziply’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
